Sneak Preview: Bacalhau na Broa (Cod in Portuguese Corn Bread Bowl)

Sneak Preview of new O Lagar dish: Bacalhau na Broa (Cod in Portuguese Corn Bread Bowl). Here is the scoop…It starts with artsinal baked Broa (Portuguese Corn Bread from a local bakery). Then the fun begins with these amazing ingredients….fresh caught salted cod (soaked in fresh water for 3 days), and oven roasted, mixed with the inside corn bread crumbs and sauteed broccoli-rabe drizzled with a garlic infused Portuguese olive oil. All this is baked inside the corn bread bowl with another drizzle of garlic olive oil and garnished with olives and roasted red pepper.
